- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 30 ml
- Pomegranate juice 300 ml
- Onion 100 g
- Chicken fillet 700 g
- Spices to taste
- Cilantro 5 g
- Walnuts 100 g
Process
Cut the meat into cubes, the onion into half-rings, and chop the walnuts and herbs. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the FRY program, cooking time 15 minutes. Press the «Start» button. Cook with the lid open. 12 minutes before the end of the program, add the onion and chicken to the bowl. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the program ends. Open the lid and add the walnuts, herbs, salt, spices, and pour in the pomegranate juice. Close the lid. Set the STEW program, cooking time 30 minutes. Cook until the program ends.
