Ingredients
- Boiled chanterelle mushrooms 200 g
- Flour 10 g
- Turkey fillet 250 g
- Garlic 2 g
- Soy sauce 30 ml
- Mustard 20 g
- Olive oil 10 ml
- Lemon juice 10 ml
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable oil 20 ml
- Water 100 ml
- Salt to taste
Process
Cut the turkey fillet into 2 cm cubes. In a separate container, mix soy sauce, mustard, crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chicken seasoning. Stir until smooth. Marinate the fillet in this sauce for 30 minutes. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chanterelle mushrooms. Set the “Fry” program for 15 minutes. Press “Start.” Ten minutes before the program ends, add the turkey to the bowl. Cook until the end of the program with the lid open, stirring occasionally. Press “Cancel.” Add the remaining marinade to the bowl and stir. Close the lid. Set the “Stew” program for 40 minutes. Press “Start.” Ten minutes before the program ends, open the lid and add the flour diluted in water. Stir, close the lid, and cook until the program finishes.
