Cabbage Soup

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm cubes. Grate the carrot coarsely, cut the onion into strips, shred the cabbage thinly, cut the potato into strips 0.5 by 3 cm. Place the carrot and onion in the multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button to select the FRY program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button, use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press “Start/Keep Warm”. Fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the program ends. Then press “Cancel/Keep Warm”. Add the beef, cabbage, potato, salt, spices, and pour in water, mix everything. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button to select the SOUP program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button, use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press “Start/Keep Warm”. Cook until the program ends.
