Mediterranean-Style Goulash

Ingredients
- Pollock fillet – 300 g
- Bell pepper – 240 g
- Tomatoes – 160 g
- Water – 150 ml
- Onion – 100 g
- Tomato paste – 100 g
- Garlic – 10 g
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the fish. Cut the pollock, bell pepper, and tomatoes into 2 cm cubes, the onion into 1 cm cubes, and finely chop the garlic. Place all ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add the water, salt, and spices, and mix. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 35 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
