Ingredients
- Spinach (frozen) – 180 g
- Potatoes – 100 g
- Onion – 80 g
- Vegetable oil – 20 ml
- Eggs – 2
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Thaw the spinach and drain any excess water. Cut the potatoes and onion into 0.5 cm cubes. Place the potatoes and onion in the multicooker bowl, add the vegetable oil, and mix. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 15 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Fry with the lid open, and 2 minutes before the end of cooking, add the eggs, spinach, salt, and spices. Cook until the program ends.
