Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Garlic – 6 g
- Water – 1 l
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the chicken and pass it through a meat grinder together with the onion and garlic. Add salt and spices and knead until smooth, then form into cutlets. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place the steaming container at the bottom, and arrange the cutlets inside. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Steam” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
