Cheese Soup with Smoked Meats

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Smoked pork ribs – 300 g
- Carrots – 200 g
- Onion – 150 g
- Processed (creamy) cheese – 120 g
- Water – 1 l
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the ribs and separate them. Cut the potatoes into 0.5–1 cm cubes, grate the carrots coarsely, and cut the onion into thin strips about 0.5 × 3 cm. Place all ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add the cheese, salt, and spices, and mix. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Soup” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.

Instead of ribs, use smoked chicken, as it’s easier to eat afterward.
