Lasagna
A fairly simple steamed multicooker lasagna, mostly with a tomato flavor.

Ingredients
- Beef fillet – 300 g
- Tomato paste – 100 g
- Onion – 70 g
- Hard cheese – 70 g
- Lasagna pasta – 70 g
- Water – 1 l
- Egg – 1
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the meat and pass it through a meat grinder together with the onion. Grate the cheese coarsely. Mix the ground meat with the egg, tomato paste, salt, and spices until smooth. Pour water into the multicooker bowl and place the steaming container on top. Layer the ingredients in the container: a lasagna sheet, a portion of the meat mixture, and a portion of the cheese. Repeat four times. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Steam” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
