Ingredients
- Milk (2.5%) – 500 ml
- Butter – 30 g
- Eggs – 10
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Whisk the eggs with milk until smooth, then add salt and spices and mix. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and pour in the egg-and-milk mixture. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Multicook” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the temperature to 110°C. Then press the “Timer/t°C” button again and set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
