Ingredients
- Turkey fillet – 500 g
- Potatoes – 400 g
- Mushrooms – 200 g
- Bell pepper – 140 g
- Onion – 120 g
- Carrot – 100 g
- Mayonnaise – 100 g
- Chicken fat – 70 g
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the fillet and cut it into 1.5 cm cubes. Quarter the mushrooms, cut the potatoes and bell pepper into 2 cm cubes, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot coarsely. Cut the chicken fat into 1 cm cubes. Place all ingredients in the multicooker bowl. Add the mayonnaise, chicken fat, salt, and spices, and mix. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
