Ingredients
- Milk (2.5%) – 200 ml
- Pasta – 150 g
- Smoked bacon – 150 g
- Eggs – 3
- Water – 1 l
- Butter
- Salt
- Spices
- Breadcrumbs
Process
Pour water into the multicooker bowl and close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Pasta” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 8 minutes. When the signal sounds, open the lid and add the pasta to the boiling water, stirring. Close the lid and press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” After cooking, press “Cancel/Keep Warm,” drain the pasta in a colander, and rinse. Cut the bacon into 1 cm cubes and mix with the pasta. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and spices. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the pasta with bacon inside and pour the egg-and-milk mixture over it. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Bake” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
