Ingredients
- Beef – 700 g
- Onion – 200 g
- Water – 200 ml
- Tomato paste – 100 g
- Vegetable oil – 70 ml
- Garlic – 20 g
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Rinse the beef and cut it together with the onion into 1.5–2 cm cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Place all ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add the tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt, spices, and water, and mix thoroughly. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
