Meatballs in White Sauce

Ingredients
- Sour cream (20%) – 500 g
- Homemade ground meat – 320 g
- Milk (2.5%) – 80 ml
- Onion – 80 g
- Wheat bread – 80 g
- Butter – 5 g
- Salt
- Spices
Process
Soak the bread in cold water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the excess liquid. Pass the ground meat, onion, and bread through a meat grinder, then add salt, spices, and milk. Knead until smooth and beat the mixture. Shape the meat into meatballs about 5 cm in diameter. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, place the meatballs on the bottom, and add the sour cream, salt, and spices. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 25 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends.
