Ingredients

- Egg – 25 g
- Flour – 10 g

Process
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and mix with the egg, salt, and flour until smooth. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Shape the potato mixture into patties and place them on the bottom of the bowl. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 15 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” 5 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid and turn the potato pancakes over, then close the lid. Cook until the program finishes.
