Dice the onion into 0.5 cm cubes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, add salt, and close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Pasta” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 8 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” When the signal sounds, open the lid and add the pasta to the boiling water, stirring. Close the lid and cook until the program ends. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse. Pour the oil into the multicooker bowl, add the ground beef, onion, salt, and spices. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Fry” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Fry with the lid open, stirring occasionally. 2 minutes before the end of cooking, add the pasta and broth, mix everything, and cook until the program finishes.
