Rinse the pork. Cut the meat into medium strips, the onion and mushrooms into thin strips, and the garlic into slices. Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add the meat and onion, season with salt and spices, and mix. Set the “Fry” program for 25 minutes and press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook with the lid open, stirring occasionally. 7 minutes before the program ends, using the “MasterChef” function, reduce the temperature: press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the temperature to 95°C. Add the mushrooms and garlic. 4 minutes before the end of cooking, add the cream. Cook until the program finishes.
