Ingredients
- Cream (33%) – 400 ml
- Milk (2.5%) – 120 ml
- Dark chocolate – 100 g
- Sugar – 50 g
- Leaf gelatin – 12 g
- Vanilla – 1 g
Process
Grate the chocolate finely, soak the gelatin in cold water for 1 minute, then squeeze out the excess. Place the chocolate in the multicooker bowl, add the cream, sugar, milk, and vanilla, and mix. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Multicook” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the temperature to 100°C. Then press the “Timer/t°C” button again and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends. After cooking, open the lid and whisk the mixture, then add the gelatin and stir until it is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set, about 3–4 hours.
