Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until thick and stable. Mix the yolks with orange juice and orange zest until smooth. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Place the chocolate, butter, and sugar into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Multicook” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the temperature to 100°C. Then press the “Timer/t°C” button again and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 5 minutes. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Cook until the program ends. After cooking, open the lid and stir the chocolate-butter mixture until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the egg yolk mixture with the chocolate sauce, then gently fold this mixture into the beaten egg whites. Pour the resulting mixture into glasses or orange molds and refrigerate until set, about 2–3 hours.
