Fish in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
- White fish – 900 g
- Bell pepper – 100 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Carrot – 90 g
- Tomato paste – 100 g
- Cloves – 4 sprigs
- Black peppercorns
- Bay leaves – 2
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoons
- Mixed peppers – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon
- Sunflower oil – 2–3 tablespoons
- Water – 500 ml
Process
Pour the oil into the multicooker. Set the “Fry” mode for 12 minutes. After 2 minutes, add finely chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and carrot. Stir occasionally during cooking. Add salt, sugar, spices, tomato paste, and water. Mix to combine the sauce. Add the fish cut into large pieces. Set the “Multicook” program: temperature – 110 degrees Celsius, time – 35 minutes.
