Spicy Festive Vegetables

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 600 g
- Zucchini – 350 g
- Mushrooms (any kind) – 200 g
- Carrot – 70 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Soy sauce – 40 ml
- Sunflower oil – 60 ml
- Spices: potato seasoning, curry, mixed peppers, nutmeg, turmeric
Process
Cut the vegetables, including the carrot, and mushrooms into large pieces. Chop or crush the garlic. Add the sauce, oil, and spices to the vegetables. Salt is optional, as it is already present in the sauce and potato seasoning. Mix well. Cook on the “Multicook” mode at 130 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. After the program ends, stir again.
