Mushroom Soup with Beans

Ingredients
- Mushrooms – 250 g
- Potatoes – 350 g
- Onion – 50 g
- Carrot – 80 g
- Canned red beans – 400 g
- 1 bay leaf
- Black peppercorns
- Sunflower oil, salt, and water
Process
Chop all the ingredients, and grate the carrot. Add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl. Set the “Fry” mode for 7 minutes. Heat the oil for 2 minutes, then add and fry the mushrooms, onion, and carrot. Add all the remaining ingredients, including the beans with their liquid. Use slightly less than 1 tablespoon of salt. Set the “Soup” mode for 40 minutes.
