Meat Cream Soup

Ingredients
- Water – 900 ml
- Potatoes – 200 g
- Pearl barley – 100 g
- Tomatoes – 180 g
- Salt – to taste
- Spices – to taste
- Ground beef – 300 g
Process
Cut the vegetables into medium cubes, about 1.5–2 cm. Rinse the pearl barley. Place all ingredients in the multicooker bowl, add salt and spices, pour in the water, and mix thoroughly. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Soup” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button and use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press “Start/Auto Keep Warm.” Blend the finished soup with a blender until smooth.
