Salmon with White Beans and Cream

Ingredients
- Frozen broccoli – 100 g
- Carrot – 50 g
- Cream (22%) – 150 ml
- Salt – to taste
- Spices – to taste
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Canned white beans – 100 g
- Salmon fillet – 300 g
Process
Drain the liquid from the beans, grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Rinse the salmon fillet, cut into 100 g portions, rub with salt and spices. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place the beans, broccoli, and carrot into the multicooker bowl, add salt and spices, pour in the cream, and mix. Place the prepared salmon pieces on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the lid. Press the “Menu” button and select the “Stew” program. Press the “Timer/t°C” button, then use the “+” and “–” buttons to set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press the “Start/Auto Keep Warm” button. Cook until the program ends. Tip: garnish the dish with parsley and bell pepper rings.
